I can’t thank Rainshield Roofing enough!! I had a tree fall on my roof while I was on holiday overseas. To make matters worse I had sold my house and it was 3 weeks prior to settlement. I called their office and a building supervisor Steve called me back within 30 minutes and visited my property within 3 hours. A full damage report was done which included photos of damage and a comprehensive quote which was received by my insurance company within 48 hours of the tree falling. I was worried the work would not be done before settlement but they prioritized my job because of the circumstance and It was done 9 days prior to settlement. These guys are seriously professional, they kept in communication with me the whole time via text and email, they had full access to my house while we were away and are 100% Trust worthy. We had the standard 3 companies come to quote our roof restoration job, and Rainshield was somewhere in the middle. The reason we chose them over the cheaper company was their clear dedication to quality and customer service. It was important for me as a layman to know that I was paying for quality, and not going to be taken advantage of by paying way too much for something I had no idea about. The website clearly goes through the steps involved in a roof restoration, and why Rainshield Roofing are the company to choose with regard to their processes, this put me at ease.. They don’t cut corners, and you get what you pay for. Fairly priced, excellent quality with a team that are dedicated to delivering the best outcome for the client. The whole team was a pleasure to deal with & kept me updated via e-mail with photos and explanations of all steps of the project.The roof came up a treat & will last for years & years to come.Very happy with my Rainshield Roofing experience.

I started looking for someone to redo my roof in the 2 weeks leading up to Christmas. In spite of how close this was to the end of the year, Rainshield replied in the same day and scheduled a inspection and quote for the next weekend. Though they started a week later than originally planned (mostly due to the heatwave at the time!), I was kept well informed throughout with regular phone calls to update me on the ETA for when the work would start. Once work commenced, I was contacted once or twice during to ensure I was satisfied with how things were going, and to see if I had any concerns or queries.Their employees have all been friendly and professional, and have kept the construction debris well contained. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience, and pleased with the workmanship they have provided. I would definitely recommend them for other jobs.

Hi I have been given Rainshield roofing based on a recomendation from a friend of mine who manages lots of properties as i had a leak in a skylight and the roof needed restoration being a 25 year old house. I am in the process next of painting and needed the work by rain sheild roofing done and i found their service and resolving customer issues excellent. The roof looks fantastic after the wash and all going well no leaks as two skylights were replaced plus a bed and point. We needed a type of ‘roof renewal’ and I knew nothing about roofing, so the discussions and quotes we received from various contractors were all taken with ‘a grain of salt”. Always the cynic.However,with this company, not only was I taken by the knowledge but also the suggestions to further improve our situation. Although lingering doubts always exist, decisions must be made and we chose to allow Rain Shield Roofing to take up our cause.I could not have been more impressed. Timely, totally professional and keeping in close or immediate contact at all times, the job was completed expertly and efficiently. When problems occurred due to wild weather during the course of their work, the guys simply hopped back up on the roof and attended to the matter. No questions, no doubts, no worries.This is what you hope for when committing to such contracts. I must also acknowledge the attitude of the guys who performed the work. Positive, well-mannered, committed to the best result and always approachable with any concerns. I should add that the final result is beyond expectations and we are very thankful to Rain Shield Roofing for silencing the cynic and honoring their promises.
