In this Colorbond Roofing Heathmont Project, the Heathmont customer was building an extension to their already existing home. In this, the Heathmont customer took the opportunity to change the already old and faded tiles to a new Colorbond roof, while at the same time installing new gutters. The Heathmont customer chose to do this on the benefits of the Colorbond. Some of those being the thermal efficiency and modern look of the Colorbond.
In this Instance the Heathmont customer chose the Colorbond colour Monument, for it shows the buildings modernity, while also being a strong neutral colour, great for strengthening its surroundings.
The scope of works carried out on this Colorbond Roofing Heathmont Project were straight forward, those being the disposal of all old tiles and gutters. This was followed by the installation of new Colorbond custom orb sheets in Monument, matching the new gutters and rain heads.
