When first asked to inspect the property the Rainshield team found a roof plagued with issues; a low pitch, undersized box gutters and rust that was starting to develop holes! Our professional team was able to re-pitch the flat roof, lay new Colorbond sheeting and even install external guttering to ensure overflowing water into the inside of the building would be a thing of the past.
Additionally, the committee will be saving money in the long run thanks to their choice of Colorbond’s Surfmist roofing profile. The white finish will ensure the building stays cooler in summer compared to the previously used material.
